about

First of the two concept EPs created with friends and musicians we simply admire, as well as with a great deal of help from Kevin Dye (Gates, Owel, Vasudeva). Recorded in Poland at Satanic Audio, with drums at MaQ Records, and some additional stuff done at home. Thanks to everyone involved, and everyone who's supported us throughout the process.

Track Name: And There I Was, A Substitute Mail Carrier
i've been waiting too long for this conversation
and i know i wasn't too strong
but i'm holding onto nothing
and i'd love to go to hell with you too
but i'll forget too soon
cause it's you, you can make me feel confused
that someone like you would try for so long
but i knew it was just words

you won't bring me down
no you won't bring me down
unless i show you how
it won't mean that much

we've been walking sideways & nothing really changes with you
for i am either bad taste or your lack of options
but i'll forget too soon
cause it's you, you can make me feel confused
that someone like you would try for so long
but i knew it was just words

on your call i feel barely alive
but i won't let this bring me down

on your call i feel barely alive, yet how stupid does it sound
but i won't let this bring me down
Track Name: The Watercolor Years
show me something i could see with my own eyes
and maybe i'll believe
let's say there's nothing left to fear
but if you tried, then maybe this could get more real
this isn't where i want to be
i've told you like a hundred times
is it ok to disappear
cause i want to disappear

one time has opened my mind
i've got to decide if i want to be there
right now there's nowhere to hide
i've got to decide if i want to be there

my silence costs me a lot
and actually requires some skill
too desolate
to absolutely sink in deep

is it ok to quit on love
is it ok to feel better off

i've been waiting so long
and i know i wasn't too strong
but i'm holding onto nothing
